New York Fashion Week

an event I've been yearning to go to since the beginning of time.

Since I have yet to be invited to any show, I live vicariously through 

my fellow bloggers such as The Man Repeller's Leandra and Fashion Toast's Rumi.

For the past couple of years NYFW is kicked off with FNO, and every year my mother pities me and buys me the shirt. The events, the bonding with other women, the city. It's a dream.

Style.com updates the shows religiously so right after they have gone on I can browse

every show and pick out what I like out of each.

These past couple of weeks...

h a v e    b e e n    s t r e s s i n g    m e    o u t . 

There have been so many tears and yelling and so much confusion.

Within a week its has gone from happy to sad to happy to sad to finally happy again, 

that I am literally crossing my fingers until I get on my plane.

Anything that I believe impossible has been proven possible. 

Plans are set, flights almost correct.

Germany and Ireland.

I am your number one fan and I'm on my way... soon!

Ireland

So, in about a month from now

I should be in Ireland for my

fall semester

More specifically Dublin, Ireland && I'm nervous and excited at the exact same time. It won't be too bad seeing that my boyfriend and his wonderful mother are going to be in Germany a week or two after I arrive so I will just hope a ferry to the mainland of Europa to join them for the weekend/week depending on how classes are. 

But after that week, I won't be seeing anyone until almost Christmas. 

The song "I'll Be Home for Christmas" is really going to hit home for me.

P.S. Must find someone to eat a giant turkey with for a makeshift Thanksgiving..

Today I Turned 20..

boyfriend made me strawberry pancakes,

ran some errands and ran into an adorable baby,

chilled at our favorite cafe,

&& celebrated at my grandmother's with dinner and cake/cupcakes 

However, my birthday present to myself was: 

a plane ticket to Ireland

14th Month

this day would mark the 14th month of my relationship 

with my amazing boyfriend

just some little things that remind me of him throughout the day
